Trial Attorney

Location:  Cleveland, Ohio
Job description and experience required:  Trial attorney with substantial experience handling every aspect of tort claims, including auto claims.  Specific responsibilities include case intake, investigation, medical monitoring, settlement negotiation, case pleading, and litigation.  Admission to Ohio Bar  required; admission to Michigan Bar preferred. Attention to client service is of primary importance. Compensation based on interview and experience.

Legal Assistant

Location:  Cleveland, Ohio
Job description and experience required:  Legal assistant with substantial experience in assisting trial attorneys in every aspect of personal injury practice.  Specific responsibilities include helping to manage a trial lawyer case docket and involvement in pre-suit activities, such as case intake, investigation, and medical monitoring.  Experience with tort claims is essential.

Legal Intern

Location:  Cleveland, Ohio
Job description and experience required:  Current law school student or graduate of law school who seeks an opportunity to learn from and contribute to the work of our office.  Typical responsibilities include research and writing projects related to specific issues of importance to pending litigation, assistance with intake, case investigation, and client service on both individual tort claims and mass tort cases.  This is a paid position.
